Proprietary Deliverable
The Land Bank Compass™

Every client receives a plain-language brief every month — not just statements. It includes an executive summary, cash position, margin snapshot, key risks, emerging opportunities, and recommended actions for the month ahead.

You're not buying a monthly close. You're buying a financial partner who tells you what to do with what they find.

Add-On

Year-End CPA Coordination

Working with the CPA at year-end is overwhelming. Let us handle it. We coordinate documentation, follow-ups, and every back-and-forth your CPA needs — so taxes get filed on time and accurately, without it landing on your desk.

Add to Engagement

Common questions.

Do you replace my CPA?
No. We work alongside your existing CPA, not in place of them. Our role is the controller layer — close, reconciliations, financial reporting. Tax preparation, tax planning, and compliance work stay with your CPA, where they belong.
Do you do bookkeeping or tax prep?
No. We are a fractional controller practice. Bookkeeping (transactional entry) and tax preparation are explicitly out of scope. If you need those, we can refer you to trusted partners — but they're separate from what we do.
What accounting platforms do you work with?
We work in QuickBooks Online, Xero, Microsoft Business Central, and NetSuite. The underlying accounting is the same across platforms — what matters more is the rigor of the close process and the quality of the financials, not the software running underneath.
What size business do you work with?
Our sweet spot is businesses doing $1M–$15M in annual revenue — the range where intuition stops being enough but a full-time controller isn't yet justified. We work with businesses from $500K to $50M, but the fractional model fits best in the middle of that range. Below $500K, a good bookkeeper usually covers it. Above $15M, you're likely better served by a full-time hire.
Are you remote?
Yes. We work with clients nationwide. Engagements are run remotely with a structured monthly cadence and regular review meetings — no geographic restriction.
How do I know which tier is right for me?
Most clients start with Financial Confidence. If your bookkeeping is already strong and what you really need is forecasting, KPI tracking, and someone helping you act on the numbers, Financial Leadership is the right starting point. We'll talk it through on the call.

Not sure which engagement fits?

A Founder Financial Strategy Session will tell us both. We'll talk through your current setup and recommend the right starting point — even if that's not us.
