How it works

A clear process from the first call.

  1. A conversation

    We talk through your business, how your books are kept today, and what you need from them. If Land Bank isn't the right fit, I'll tell you.

  2. A defined scope

    You receive a written proposal and engagement letter covering the services, monthly deliverables, and delivery timeline before any work begins.

  3. A steady monthly rhythm

    I clean up anything that needs it, then keep the work on schedule every month, with reporting and advice at the level you chose.

Scope and working with your CPA

Each level builds on the preceding level, subject to the signed scope of work. Bookkeeping is provided in QuickBooks Online. Services and delivery timelines are confirmed during onboarding.

Not included in standard scope: tax preparation, audit, payroll processing, inventory processing, and full-service AR/AP administration.

Already have a CPA, payroll provider, or attorney? Good. I keep records organized and documented so your other advisors work from the same reliable numbers, and tax season starts with closed, reconciled books.
